Biography
Randy Suess was born on January 27th, 1945. He served in the Navy and attended University of Illinois at Chicago Circle. At the Chicago Area Computer Hobbyists’ Exchange (CACHE), he met computer hobbyist Ward Christensen, and together they wrote the Computerized Bulletin Board System, the first bulletin board system software, during the winter of 1978.
Suess died on December 10th, 2019.
