Peter Briscoe obtained his B.ASc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Canada’s University of Waterloo. He introduced the ATMNet product from MPR Teltech into the Newbridge and founded Starvision Multimedia Corporation and Convedia Corporation which became a leading Media Server company.
