Biography

Mr. Parker worked at Motorola, Inc. for 50 years, retiring as vice-president of the technical staff and chief staff scientist. He was a co-inventor of C-QUAM, the AM stereo system used by many countries. Mr. Parker also served on many national and worldwide industry committees including the U.S. National Television Systems Committee on color television.

Parker died on May 19th, 2002.
