More than 125,000 objects ranging in size from airplanes and 19th century dynamos to microchips. Highlights of the collection include 16th century musical instruments, 19th century Siemens electrical equipment, an extended collection of historical computers, an entire floor dedicated to a reconstruction of a 19th century mine, as well as a digital museum that houses nearly 200,000 items, including 50,000 objects, 40,000 books and 100,000 archival documents.
