Biography
Henry Kasperowicz graduated from Stevens Institute of in Hoboken, New Jersey. He began his career at U.S. Radium in Hoboken then worked at Alan B. Dumont in Passaic, New Jersey, where he developed a three-color direct-view television tube. Mr. Kasperowicz later founded Video Products in California to develop special and other projects for the U.S.
In addition to his work with television, Mr. Kasperowicz also developed the black matrix background that enabled dear viewing of radar screens and electron beam that allows of small computer chips. His latest project was a solar antenna that generates from light energy.
Kasperowicz died March 31st, 2002.
