Biography
Henry Foelker was born in Texas in 1927, and worked as an electrical engineer with Central Power & Light.
He attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio, then enlisted in the Navy during World War II. Afterwards he attended Texas A&I and earned a BS in Electrical Engineering as well as graduate school in engineering. He worked as an electrical engineer in power distribution with Central Power & Light. He worked with the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and national IEEE subcommittees.
He died in 2013 at 86 years old.
