Biography
Emanuel R. Northmore was the Superintendent of Electric Distribution at Los Angeles Gas & Electric Corporation. He as a Fellow of the AIEE, was the secretary and chair of the AIEE Los Angeles Section, and served as a vice-president of the AIEE in 1928-29.
