History of IEEE Fields at the University of Houston

The IEEE Student Branch at the University of Houston was established in April 14, 1955 to serve students in the Electrical Engineering Department, but now welcomes students in all IEEE Fields. IEEE acts as a medium to connect students to the professional world.
