William Mathew Lower


Biography

William Mathew Lower received his bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto, Canada, after serving in the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps during World War II. He later became a radio mechanic in the Canadian Air Force.

Mr. Lower worked for several Canadian companies including Canadian Arsenals, Sonograph Engineering, Canadian Westinghouse Electronics Division, Ferranti-Packard Electronics Division and litton Systems Canada limited. He served as secretary of the IEEE Canadian Foundation.

Lower died on January 12th, 2002.
