Kenneth Bullington was an American electrical engineer known for his work with ultra-high frequency [[Radio|radio]] propagation. He was born on January 11, 1913. Bullington joined [[Bell Labs]] during World War II. While there Bullington led trailblazing research on tropospheric scatter.
