This was the first Automatic Test Set that Martin Marietta Orlando Aerospace had. It was built by three engineers with [unpaid overtime] Russ Theisen, Lyle Finn, Ken Smith design and built this unit to prove to Martin Marietta Aerospace Management, what an Automatic Test Set could do. This First ATS was used on the Walleye AGM-62 TV Guided bomb used by the Navy in the Korean War. This was an early version of the AGM-65 Maverick Missile.
