I like the proposal and the concept of having matching plaques at both ends. I have some suggestions for the citation:

The first transpacific undersea telephone cable linking Japan, Hawaii and the US Mainland was completed in 1964. This is Kuwazuru (Proposer). I have updated the Proposal; (1) Citation [based on the Dicussions], (2) Historical significance, Obstacles, Features [polishing English], (3) one additional Supporting document. PDFs of owner letter and section chair letter include both Japan and Hawaii.

I fully support this milestone and I really like the idea of putting one at each end of the cable. The claims are valid based on my knowledge of this subject and the supporting citations. --Dave Bart
