I am working on a milestone for the Development of the first Weston Meter (The first calibrate-able portable reliable measuring instrument for electricity). However, his achievements were myriad and impacted the development of electricity in many areas beyond meters. Because of this I suspect that a citation for his total contributions would be appropriate.

I'm looking for comments on the appropriateness of a citation vs mileston and have uploaded a file (link below) describing his primary non-meter contributions.
