I too agree that a milestone is well justified. While the citation lists more than one time the name of the company, it would be nice if it also included "Benjamin Bauer (originally Baumzweiger) who was born in Odessa Russia in 1913," who was responsible for it, and again indirectly demonstrates the contributions of immigrants to the US. As the IEEE is a member organization, we should not ignore the individual engineer who contributed to the Milestone.
