The National Electronics Museum, http://www.nationalelectronicsmuseum.org/ 1745 West Nursery Road, Linthicum, Maryland U.S.A. is a superb collection of electronics, with particular emphasis on the history of radar, communications, electronic countermeasures, and electro-optics. Among the highlights of the collection are an SCR-270 radar of the type used at Pearl Harbor, and an AWACS radar.

The National Electronic Museum and the IEEE History Center jointly conducted a series of twenty-eight oral histories, which can be found here: http://ethw.org/Oral-History:Westinghouse_Electronic_Systems
