Biography

Mr. Felton was born in Rose Cottage, Lower Anderton, Cornwall, England.

He was an editor and technical writer for Honeywell Sperry and ECI Systems. He received an award from the Navy for his work during World War II in the design and development of a sonar simulator and low-power airborne radios. He was a ham operator, a member of the Quarter Century Wireless Society and the Royal Navy Amateur Radio Society. He was a past editor of a local IEEE newsletter, Suncoast Signal.

Felton died on December 10th, 1998.
