This is a help page in the Contributing New Content section.

The IEEE Milestones in Electrical Engineering and Computing program is a formal recognition program, which is evaluated by the IEEE History Committee and processed through the GHN. To submit a milestone, first read the Milestone Guidelines and How to Propose a Milestone. When you are familiarized with the regulations of the program, you can submit a Milestone proposal from the Milestones landing page. Enter the title of your proposal and fill out the form. When you are finished with the form, check the "Submit this proposal to the IEEE History Committee for review" button, which will send the proposal to the History Committee for evaluation.
