I am Ing Isaac Nkoah Mensah, telecom engineer by profession with close to 15yrs exprience ranging from fibre optics, microwave, satellite transmission, optimization, radio access etc. I am currently a regulatory administrator at NCA- Ghana, incharge of FM, TV, Mobile service, VAS regulatory issues; licensing and authorizations.
I love to read current trends in the telecom industry and currently following topics on millimetres waves and 5G RAN deployment in Japan etc.
